I stay calm and organized, finding solutions as they come up. I try to keep a positive attitude but sometimes it can be overwhelming. I might feel frazzled, but I push through and get it done. I’m open to it, but I don’t have strong feelings either way. I don’t think it really impacts the work that I do. It's not really my thing. Page 6 of 7 You notice a guest isn't happy with their service. What do you do? Immediately address the concern and do whatever I can to fix it. Apologize and try to make it right, within reason. Offer a small fix, but if they're still not happy, it is what it is. I avoid conflict and hope someone else deals with it. If they’re upset, that's on them. I did my part. Page 7 of 7 How do you stay motivated in your work? I’m always setting new goals and challenging myself to improve. I’m motivated by seeing happy guests and getting positive feedback. I stay motivated by knowing I’m getting paid and doing a good job. I go through the motions, but it’s not always easy to stay motivated. I struggle to stay motivated most days.
