Rise & Shine Yoga
What better way to start the day than to loosen tight muscles?
A vinyasa practice with a focus on proper alignment and holding poses to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance as well as improving concentration and breath control.
Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
Gentle Flow Yoga
This gentle form of yoga is practiced in a chair. Some standing poses will be practiced using a chair for support. It is offered to students with limited mobilities who choose to have a healthier lifestyle by moving their joints and muscles. Chairs and props are provided, allowing students to feel safe and supported but still encouraging independence while exercising and balancing mind, body, and spirit leaving you with a feeling of total well-being.

Restore & Flow Yoga
A slow-paced practice combining gentle yoga poses, breath work, and strengthening and stretching the entire body through flowing sequence and help postures. This class is an invitation to relax, unwind and destress while learning the fundamentals of yoga.
Benefits include improving balance, posture, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
Mind, body, and spirit are invited to work together in this class.
Chair and props are provided for you.
Rock Your Flow Yoga
Music Will be Bumping during this flow.
A Vinyasa flow practice that becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends, and a good workout.
Chill & Flow Yoga
A slow-paced flowing sequence combining gentle yoga poses and breath work, strengthening and stretching the entire body. This class is an invitation to relax, unwind, and destress while learning the fundamentals of yoga.

Yoga during Covid
Your yoga journey may be the one peace of mind you need to make it through right now.
Let’s talk logistics to give just a little more.
Classes will be limited to 5 students or less with more than 6 ft per person. Masks are required. Extra time between classes is scheduled to sanitize the room, mats, and blocks. We will not supply blankets or straps for student use.
If you would like to schedule a family class (3-5 of your people) we are happy to accommodate that as well.
Customized Sessions with a 1:1 ratio
New to Yoga? Is your neck getting tired of trying to look at your neighbor to figure out what to do? This is a perfect way to learn the alignment of some basic poses or maybe you just need a refresher. In our first session, we will discuss your yoga experience and see where we need to go from there.
Learn Basic poses- Downdog, Updog, Warrior, Fun Tree Pose
Max of 4 sessions
Do you wish you could “yoga” but feel you need to be more flexible?
With your instructor you will work on flexibility by focusing on poses that help in specific muscle groups or lack of movement. You will use pillows, blankets, blocks and straps to assist in your mobility journey.
Each session can be a new group or you can use your package of 4 to dig deep into one mobility.
Have you ever wanted to stop class and get the correct pose? What does hip width really mean?
Utilizing a Vinyasa Flow and individual instruction per pose the instructor will work with the student to correct any wonky poses. This could be everything from correction of poses to helping posture. Minimal assistance is recommended for this type of session. If you’ve been doing this awhile and want to level up, this is for you.
