Since 2014, the start of E. Claire Beauty, we have never charged based on your gender. We believe that asking your gender can be invasive when it comes to charging you for your haircut. We want to make sure we are charging based on the length of hair and the time it takes to cut it. So while a bob may be a “short” haircut, the precision it takes, puts it in the medium to long category.
E. Claire’s haircut pricing is based on what you want to leave on your head. Clipper cut is a 30-minute service using clippers. Short hair cuts (think pixies) are also 30 minutes but use shears instead of clippers. Med-Long is anything chin length and below, will be 45+ minutes. We just want to work for good people and not worry about what’s between their legs.
